PingShow AireCenter Warranty and Returns Policy

In order for this warranty to be valid, you must register this product online at: www.airetalk.com/airecenter/register, or provide proof of purchase at time of service.

Please keep this Warranty statement in a safe place for your reference. A copy of PingShow’s Warranty for its products will also be available at: http://www.airetalkcom/airecenter/warranty.

New Purchase Warranty:

This warranty applies only to products that are new on the date of purchase from PingShow or an authorized PingShow product reseller. Please keep the original purchase invoice and warranty card for future service requests.

PingShow warrants AireCenter to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 month(s). If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period PingShow will, subject to exclusions and at PingShow’s discretion, repair or replace the product. Any products and or components repaired or replaced by PingShow will be under warranty for the remaining period of the warranty or for no less than 3 months for the repaired portion of the product. This warranty applies only to products that are new on the date of purchase from an authorized PingShow reseller. The AireCenter devices product line is covered under a parts and labor repair or buffer exchange warranty for hardware, manufacturing, and/or power related issues, excluding power surges and/or electrical spikes. This AireCenter warranty does not include failure caused by improper installation, operation, cleaning or maintenance, accident, damage, misuse, abuse, non- PingShow modifications to the product, any software programs, normal wear and tear or any other event, act, default or omission outside PingShow’s control.


Software Support

AireCenter is supplied with pre-installed software. If there are any related technical problems when using AireCenter, check the AireCenter User’s manual (available online at >http://www.airetalk.com/airecenter/support/manual) or go to the support page (available at http://www.airetalk.com/airecenter/support) to perform a preliminary trouble shooting. In the event that the operating system of this product has been altered, PingShow may, at its option choose to limit or terminate support for the product. Third party software may require support from those vendors.


Product Shipping Terms

PingShow’s AireCenter features one-way ground shipping terms. Customer shall be responsible for any and all freight costs associated with sending in the product for service, and PingShow will cover the freight cost of shipping back to the Customer after warranty service and/or repairs are completed.


General Product Warranty Service Terms

During the Limited Warranty Period as stated above, PingShow will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective product. All spare parts or modules removed under this limited warranty period becomes the property of PingShow. PingShow will recover the originally configured operating system bundled with the product if the hard drive is to be replaced. PingShow will not be liable to restore or transfer the user’s data or programs from the original hard disk. The terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty constitute the complete and exclusive warranty agreement between the Customer and PingShow for the product and supersede any prior agreement or representations made in any PingShow sales document, literature or advice that may be provided to the Customer by any PingShow representative in connection with the Customer’s purchase of the product. No change to the conditions of this Limited Warranty is valid unless it is made in writing and signed by an authorized PingShow representative.


Limitations of Liability

If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, PingShow will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts within the product, or the product itself, with items that are functionally equivalent to that as originally supplied, or better, during the warranty period defined for the model, using new or refurbished parts or units. If the product is under warranty, the ownership of the replaced defective parts will automatically be transferred to PingShow. All components repaired or replaced by PingShow will be under warranty for the remaining period of the warranty. PingShow will recover the originally configured operating system bundled with the product if the hard drive is to be replaced. PingShow will not be liable to restore or transfer the user’s data or programs from the original hard disk.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, AND PINGSHOW SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IF THIS PRODUCT FAILS TO WORK AS WARRANTED ABOVE, THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND PINGSHOW’S SOLE LIABILITY SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. PINGSHOW’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY HARDWARE COMPONENTS THAT MALFUNCTION UNDER NORMAL USE. ALL PINGSHOW WARRANTY TERMS AND AGREEMENTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND ONLY APPLY TO THE ORIGINAL UNIT AND ORIGINAL PURCHASER. PINGSHOW IS NOT LIABLE FOR A CLAIM MADE BY A THIRD PARTY OR MADE BY THE CUSTOMER FOR A THIRD PARTY.


Exclusions from this Limited Warranty Service

PingShow does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of this product. Any technical or other support provided for the product under warranty, such as assistance via telephone with “how-to” questions and those regarding product setup and information will be provided without warranties of any kind. The warranty only covers failures or malfunctions that occur during the warranty period and under normal use conditions as well as any material or workmanship defect.

The warranty will not apply to or be valid under conditions including but not limited to the following:

  • a) The serial number, components or accessories have been altered, cancelled, removed, or otherwise not valid as identified by PingShow;
  • b) The product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non PingShow authorized personnel or organizations;
  • c) The product warranty seals have been broken or altered;
  • d) There is damage caused by natural disaster, intentional or unintentional misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of war, improper maintenance, or use under abnormal conditions;
  • e) There is damage caused by accidental drops, spills, fire, or power surges.
  • f) There is damage from improper installation, improper connection, or use of parts and/or components not manufactured or sold by PingShow;
  • g) There is damage from use outside of the operation or storage parameters or environment detailed in the User's Manual or reasonably acceptable for similar product usage models deemed industry standard best practices;
  • h) There is damage to or loss of any program, data or removable storage media, or if there are costs from recovering any program or data;
  • i) There is damage from third party software or from virus(es);
  • j) There is software loss or data loss that may occur during repair or replacement.
  • k) Support and costs involved to install or configure the product for any third party software application or hardware device, or network/wireless configuration.
  • l) Due to technology limitations, some products (e.g. DVD ROM and software player) may be limited or not compatible with the PingShow product. These limitations are common to defined standards within the hardware industry and are not specific to the PingShow product.
  • m) There is damage caused by the freight carrier.
  • n) The Customer has failed to follow all Return Materials Authorization ("RMA") instructions provided to the Customer by PingShow.

If Service is required:

Returning the product to PingShow during the warranty period does not automatically mean that it will be repaired free of charge. Upon receiving the product, PingShow reserves the right to check the validity of the warranty and request for warranty service. Neither PingShow, PingShow's Service Centers, PingShow's Authorized Service Providers, nor any authorized PingShow product reseller are responsible for any of the Customer’s confidential, proprietary or personal information contained in the product which is returned to PingShow for any reason. The Customer should remove all such information from the product prior to its return. PingShow is not responsible for damage or loss of any personal data, programs, or removable storage media. PingShow is not responsible for the restoration or reinstallation of any data or programs other than software installed by PingShow when the product was manufactured.


Before contacting PingShow:

Before contacting PingShow, users are required to consult and/or perform the preliminary troubleshooting outlined at http://www.pingshow.net/airecenter/support.

Upon completion of preliminary troubleshooting, users must fill out the form on the page or send an e-mail to support@pingshow.net containing the following: Name, serial number, proof of purchase (as an attachment), a contact number, mailing address, a description of the problem and any error messages with the fault description, operating system version, BIOS version, and notify if any recent hardware or software changes were made.

Back up all personal data and remove any confidential, proprietary information on the hard drive. PingShow will not be responsible for any loss of Customer’s own programs, data or information.

PingShow may call the Customer to discuss the Customer’s issue or at their option continue to troubleshoot via e-mail. In the event that PingShow provides the Customer with an e-mail requesting telephonic communication, please make sure the PingShow product is turned on (if possible) when troubleshooting procedures are performed.


When preparing the product for shipment to PingShow, please check the following:

PingShow requires all products shipped to it be clearly marked with an RMA number. This RMA number is obtained by contacting PingShow and beginning the warranty/return process. Any product returned to PingShow without an RMA number will not be serviced and the product will be shipped back to Customer at the Customer’s cost.

PingShow recommends that the product be returned in its original packaging. If the original package is not available, the Customer can contact PingShow and purchase a shipping package. Warranty may be voided if the product is damaged due to improper packaging. Original packaging may not be retuned once service is completed.

Please do not send in anything but the product itself unless specially requested by PingShow. Any other items and accessories included in the package received by PingShow will be treated as packaging material, and may not be returned.

Please note: if the product is received packed in anything other than its original packaging, PingShow’s Service Site may charge the Customer for appropriate anti-shock packaging when the product is returned.


Return Policy:

If for some reason the Customer is dissatisfied with the product and would like to return it, PingShow allows returns within 30 days from original purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price. Returns are only available to original purchasers of a Pingshow’s product. Proof of purchase is required and all return shipping costs are payable by the Customer. Customers who would like a return must first contact PingShow via its form at http://www.pingshow.net/airecenter/support or via e-mail sent to support@pingshow.net and receive an RMA number. Upon receipt of the RMA number, the Customer must package the device and all associated parts and accessories back in its original packaging. Upon receipt, PingShow will then conduct an inspection of the returned product and accessories, and will determine if a refund is appropriate. In the event that the product has been damaged or otherwise tampered with PingShow reserves the right to reject the return and send the device back to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.


Privacy Policy:

  1. PingShow will not reveal or otherwise divulge the identity or information of its users without valid legal order by a State or Federal court.
  2. Some of PingShow’s services may give the Customer the opportunity or even require the Customer to provide information such as telephone numbers and names. In the event that the Customer opts to use these functions, the Customer is responsible for the maintenance of these contact lists.
  3. Notices made by PingShow under this Agreement for the Customer or the Customer’s account specifically (e.g., notices of breach and/or suspension) will be provided to the Customer via a notification message displayed on the Customer’s account page or via the email address provided to us in the Customer’s registration for the Services or in any updated mailing address the Customer provides to PingShow in accordance with standard account information update procedures PingShow may provide from time to time. It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep their email address current and the Customer will be deemed to have received any email sent to any such email address, upon our sending of the email, whether or not the Customer actually receives the email.
  4. PingShow strives to keep information the Customer provides secure, but cannot guarantee that PingShow will be successful at doing so. Accordingly, the Customer acknowledges that the Customer bears sole responsibility for adequate security, protection and backup of any PingShow Service including all audio recordings associated with the Customer’s account.PingShow strongly encourages the Customer, where available and appropriate, to use encryption technology to protect the Customer’s Service from unauthorized access and to routinely archive the Service. PingShow will have no liability to the Customer for any unauthorized access or use, corruption, deletion, destruction or loss of any of Service.
